Originally from New York City, Dov is a dynamic speaker and inspiring community leader ordained by the Chief Rabbi of Israel. In 2003, he and his wife founded Chabad of Oxnard, where they have been dedicated to enriching Jewish life and serving the broader community. He also serves as a Chaplain for the Oxnard Police Department, providing guidance and support to first responders and local families.
